Excellent. The classes were very easy to understand and always dependent on the level of the students. Elate has excellent trainers who can teach based on the level of each one, and also encourages each one to develop their capacity day by day. Classes are one hour long and the price is reasonable. Definitely recommend this place to take Yoga classes for weight loss.
