This protein also protects your brain cells from changes associated with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.

 

Our ancestors were using full moon days or other festivals every month to keep whole day fasting. You could try fasting for 14-16 hours once a week. Intermittent fasting of this kind will surely bring great health benefits to you.

Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables: due to cold storages and import from global markets we now get virtually all fruits and vegetables around the year. However Eating what’s in season is an easy way to beat illness. In winters increase intake of vegetables and in summers eat more of fruits. This is a great way to improve physical health.
