Elate Mindfulness Meditation- An Introduction

Learn more about what is mindfulness meditation. Elate provides online beginner level-1 program to learn mindfulness meditation. Program duration is 3 months. It covers audio/videos for meditation practice, written tips and guidance; and expert consultation so that there is no confusion.

 

We believe that you don't need to be a monk to be able to learn meditation or derive its benefits! Rather, we bring to you modern techniques which are easy to follow and can be easily incorporated while you juggle between your work, career and family.
