Your brain needs different food!

Imagine you are driving your car but it ran out of fuel. How would it respond to the accelerator pressure you are applying on it? That’s exactly how your body respond when you don’t fill it with fuel on time, the fuel which is called food. Healthy food not only keeps the balance between the brain and body communication but also decide your mood of the day. Somebody coming out of home and starting their day with empty stomach is more likely to be agitated and anxious and work less efficiently in their work. They might feel anxious, irritated, dizzy, lethargic and zone out for the rest of the day. Food is an important element playing role in treating depression, anxiety, dementia, Alzheimer, schizophrenia and many mental diseases. By keeping a balanced diet, we are more likely to increase the balance between the mental and physical well-being.

Enriching your food with balanced amount of carbohydrates, fiber, protein, and vitamins can help you to keep away those stinking diseases which comes with unhealthy diet. Unhealthy diet not only brings the physiological problems like heart problems but also one of the major contributing factors which cause mental bugs in the body. Like unhealthy food which can create commotions the healthy food can enhance the body’s will to stay away from those bugs.

Only knowing about the healthy food is not enough, eating those healthy meals on time and as per the schedule is what makes the difference to your body. Due to the busy schedule and the hurries of work we tend to skip our breakfast, and this leads to the whole unhealthy food habit pattern which eventually affect our body both mentally and physically. Skipping breakfast leads to accumulation of hunger which leads to over eating and cravings when we eat next time. Not only it leads to overeating but also the bad start of the day because empty stomach makes the person feel lethargic and brings down the working capacity of the brain and therefore creating tension and stress in body. Hence planning your diet and fixing your food habits into heathy one is something which need the immense consideration and cannot be ruled out from you to do list at any cost. It is as much important part of life as breathing and other necessities are.

It helps in both keeping the body in proper healthy state and avoiding the mental health issues which can be avoided.
