Yoga is a mind-body practise that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga may help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower your heart rate.  At Elate, we have created specialised online yoga programs to help you deal with stress & anxiety, depression along with building physical health.

What if I do not like these sessions, will I get a refund?

We are confident that you will like our sessions. However, in case you do not like this program, we shall refund the entire amount within 48 hours of intimation after your first session. No questions asked!

How does yoga help in stress and anxiety management?

Yoga practices help to reduce the impact of exaggerated stress responses and may be helpful for both anxiety and depression. Hatha yoga, in particular, is really good for stress and anxiety management. 

Are pranayama and meditation practices also included?

Our online yoga for stress and anxiety covers the regular practice of yogasans and pranayama in each session of 60 mins. We also conduct separate sessions for online meditation (15-20 mins).

Are Elate Yoga instructors well qualified for these sessions?

All our experts are well-qualified with masters or PHD degrees in yoga science. They are well trained to handle practitioners of all ages, genders, and practice levels from beginners to advanced. 

When will these sessions start? and Can I choose a time-slot?

We have multiple classes during the day. Once you have booked a program, our expert will contact you and assign you to a class based on your convenience and current fitness levels. 

How much time will it take to meet my well-being goals?

Normally people start seeing results within a week, however, we strongly recommend you to continue practicing  yoga, pranayama and meditation regularly for an effective  way to improve mental well-being.
