Yoga Schedule

Weekdays: 6 AM, 715 AM, 9 AM, 11 AM, 6 PM

Sessions are normally 60 mins, including 40-45 mins yoga, 10-15 mins pranayama and relaxation practices.

We follow a different schedule each day. This is a very well researched schedule based on Hatha Yoga style created to cater to all kinds of body pain.

Regular yoga practice is great for the body and also keeps our mind more stable and calm. We don’t need any fancy equipment’s for practising yogasana, and there is very less chance of injury to the body as the asanas are done as per individual capacity and not as a standard for the whole group.

Yoga asanas for knee pain and restless legs syndrome
