Detail-oriented and slow-paced, Elate online yoga classes are the best for beginners.

Yoga Schedule

Monday to Saturday: 6 AM, 715 AM, and 6 PM

Weekend batch: 730 AM

Sessions are normally 60 mins, including 40-45 mins yoga, 10-15 mins pranayama and relaxation practices.

Yoga Style

We follow a different schedule each day of class. This is a very well researched schedule based on Hatha Yoga style created to cater to all the age groups and all the individuals.
