At the Elate wellbeing lounge, We follow every-day new yoga routine which will help in building strength, stamina, and flexibility. Our weeks start with moderate intensity level yoga poses which smoothly graduate to higher intensity towards the weekend. Our class schedules include hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, Tibetan rites, yoga postures using props, twisting yoga, power yoga, ashtanga, hot yoga, Iyengar yoga, and lots more. Beginners and experts alike take advantage of our classes.
Our group classes are normally 60 minutes duration which includes Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Meditation practice for relaxation. Our yoga sessions are conducted by certified trained yoga experts. Based on specific requirements for an individual, our yoga trainers can modify yoga routine to give you maximum benefits. Plus, you can follow our programs within our mobile app.
On weekdays we have group classes starting at 6 AM till 12 PM in the morning and then 5 PM till 730 PM in the evening from Monday to Friday. We also have weekend classes for those people who might find it difficult to take out time during weekdays due to office timings, or other household work. On weekends, we have two sessions in the morning 730 AM to 830 AM and then 9 AM to 10 AM.
We have therapeutic yoga sessions (on weekdays, from 12 PM to 4 PM) which are best suited for special needs such as pregnancy yoga (both pre and postnatal), specific requirements like weight loss, back and shoulder pain, sleep disorder, anxiety or depression, diabetes etc. Our experts will be able to curate a very individual plan for you.
We believe that both physical and mental well-being go hand in hand. Our focus on four elements including yoga, meditation, nutrition, and sleep are normally included in all our programs (both group and individual). If you join our yoga group classes you will get a nutrition session monthly from our expert nutritionists who will help you create an appropriate diet plan specific to your lifestyle and body requirements.
